Clue Hunting at the Gallery: a Tale-based Art Tour

New Content!

Content:

This workshop, whose first application took place at the National Gallery in London, can be implemented in various art or archaeology museums. Our goal is to deepen the museum experience with pre-, during-, and post-visit activities, leaving a lasting impression on children. Among the sample activities are scavenger hunts, storytelling, and games focused on preserving cultural heritage. As they leave the workshop, children have enjoyably learned the nuances of relevant art movements (in art exhibitions) or have been able to imagine life in a specific period of the past (in archaeology exhibitions).
